Water Circulating Temperature Control Units
Water is the optimum medium for heat transfer. In zones above 90ºC,water
possesses better physical properties at lower
expenditure than heat-transfer oil. It also responds more rapidly.
SINGLE water-based heat-balancing systems are available within different
temperature classes of up to a maximum of
200ºC. Even higher temperatures have already been realized for special
applications.
Within the standard range, heating capacities rise from 1.5 kW to 144
kW. Just as comprehensive is the range of possible cooling-
and pump-capacities. Where absolute reliability is required under hard,
permanent working conditions, it is impossible not to
consider SINGLE Temperiertechnik.
Small wonder therefore, that our equipment of the ranges M,K,N1 to G and
H are employed in every branch of industry, where temperature-
supported processes are imperative, or where a process can be rationalised
with the aid of heat-balancing technology.
In order to achieve the least possible wear, all equipment (with the exception
of just a few) has been fitted with solid state relays and fail-safe pilot
contactor for heating controls.
SINGLE heat-balancing systems assure customers as representing first-class
technical equipment, that is wear-resistant in operation. All units (with
very few exceptions) have been fitted with the SVL open and closed loop
control unit developed by us. The SVL facilitates operation and offers
first class control of set parameters, as well as a great number of options,
e.g. for

Oil Circulating Temperature Control Units
The D-Range
Absolutely hot: Reliability at up to 300° C
The equipment has been designed for positive circulation systems and keep oil as heat-transfer medium moving through the system at constant speed. Units of the D-range meet highest specifications. Our high-temperature systems are distinguished by robust design, high quality structural units as maximum safety is written large at Single. It goes without saying, that all our D-range equipment conforms to DIN 4754 as well as the UVV 64 (BG Chemie). The D-range is comprised of 7 structural units in its standard form, but can be extended by a multitude of optional extras.

Water Chilling
Cool Technology served by Single
A classic compressor-cooling circuit transferring its
energy to a water or waterglycol circuit is at the core of the system.
The refrigerant employed changes during its circulation from a gaseous-
to a liquid state and back again, getting rid of its heat energy to air-
or water-cooled condensers. We break away from this basic technology with
the larger units of the SKA range, by employing a double-pump system.
In this case, the heat transfer to the internal chilled circuit is carried
out separately from the external consumer circuit. The benefit of this
procedure: The external pump capacity can be varied and thus matched to
the actual requirements, without adversely influencing the internal chilling
performance.
The SKA range also meets the highest safety specifications. It goes without
saying, that our units pass the European pressure-vessel guidelines for
cooling circuits.
