Goliath Plus
Very compact, the Goliath Plus units are especially designed for small
sprues for beside the press operations. The high quality regrind allows
you to use them in a larger quantity without affecting the molecule structure
of parts.
Goliath Plus with transmission by flexible coupling (ACP)
The Goliath Plus ACP are especially adapted for the recycling of sprues,
small and big, and also for parts for besides press operations. The regrind
high quality allows you to use them in a larger quantity without affecting
the molecule structure of parts
Goliath TWIN Plus with transmission by flexible coupling
The Goliath TWIN Plus assures an optimal regrind of a much more important
output (nearly the double) thanks to a wider cutting chamber and 2 gearmotors
(2x1,8 kW or 2x2,2 kW optional).
GOLIATH Plus with auger feed
Specially designed to feed runners to the granulator from under the mould,
the 3 models of this range are also available in a compact version in
order to feed large runners from the sprue picker for a beside the robot
operation (with a hopper as option).

The TITAN Plus granulators are more particularly adapted for recycling new material with fibreglass, mineral additive etc…
The Masher system is available on the TITAN Plus range as an option and is include as standard on the TITAN TWIN Plus.
The last innovation patented of MODITEC , IMD system is also available as an option on the TITAN Plus range.

Available in 370 and 1000 rpm, they are specially designed for recycling plastic sprues and other reject parts in the field of injection, blow moulding, extrusion, and thermoforming. The technical design with bearing and dust guard guarantees you important reliability.
The rotor blades and fixed blades granulate and reduce
to granules all plastic materials with efficiency thanks to an optimum
cutting angle significantly reduce cutting power and hollow rotor.
The blades are easily dismantled and can be sharpened several times. Those
granulators have a screen of 6 mm diameter in standard.
