AirGel is a process air-cooler specifically designed for blown film extrusion, featuring:

Airgel is supplied in two different versions:
“W” water–cooled; when a water circuit is available
for condensation
“A” air-cooled with axial fans for maximum freedom of installation

MicroGel is a compact water chiller designed for single-use applications with cooling capacity ranging from 4 to 90 kW.
MacroGel is a water chiller, specifically designed for single-use PET preforms injection molding, or for high cooling capacity processes, ranging from 133 to 312kW.
The special features of MicroGel and MacroGel are:
- control of temperature made through a proportional motorised valve
- water pressure available up to 7 bar (100 PSI) with max. 2°C (4°F)
of ?T through the user
- separate control on water temperature -5° / + 90° C [20°
/ 195°F], water pressure and flow rate of two zones of
the user (”RCD or DUO” units)
- automatic “free-cooling”
- automatic filling and emptying of the user
- serial communication with the most common processing machines available
with dedicated interface software
- automatic shut-off in case of water loss on the process
- very low noise level of the hermetic, semi-hermetic and screwcompressors
- high efficiency and self-cleaning stainless-steel plate evaporators
and condensers
- no heat dissipation in ambient (water-cooled)
- limited use of refrigerant fluids

- The control panel features a very user-friendly interface with large alphanumeric screen.
- A very powerful microprocessor allows a continuous
